I don't know if Negi had any involvement in the staff, but interesting that it's the same writer for Quintuplets.

Thats the intention lol Thats the whole reason they changed the title to a not correct translation becus this gives a higher chance of connecting with those who watched MMPR (aka a TON of people as its a giant franchise, esp the OG is well beloved to this day) which means they're more likely to check it out if they hear about it than otherwise and the title is likely what, if anything, someone will hear first and this title is PERFECT to get MMPR fans to look into it more and potentially watch it. I plan to watch it myself, but not becus of the MMPR title, I just like the premise and have high hopes for it to be good.
