The last two episodes were good enough to make me look forward to this Tenjiku arc, but man, I sure hope it's much better than the disappointing Christmas massacre arc.

Kind of surprised that we're still getting more (considering the manga ended and it seemed to turn the entire fandom against the series)! But I'm still invested in this story.

The manga sells like hotcakes. It literally surpassed AOT to become Kodansha's most profitable manga. This has zero surprise.

I hope for the 24 episodes as it was in the first season!

Another factor to consider is that S3 was likely in development long before the manga ended. I'm an anime only viewer of Tokyo Revengers (with a few exceptions), but if I remember correctly, the manga ended less than 6 months ago. I have nothing to verify this assumption, but I'm guessing S2 and S3 were in development back-to-back, so if fan reaction to the manga's ending plays any role in the anime's future (and I'm guessing it won't), that won't come into play until later.
Speaking of the manga's ending, I've accidentally seen a few spoilers, and now I'm bummed to know how it ends. If only Takemichi could fix that moment for me.
