I was at a loss for words when I saw this. Thought it was a fan animation at first, but nope.

I've watched this a few times and it reminds me of a show I saw on and off when I was a kid. It was "Belle and Sebastian" when it was on Nickelodeon in it's early years. Others may see it differently,but that's what I think of here.
