50/50, considering Call of The Night, which was also Sunday manga licensed by Viz, but the anime ended on HIDIVE.

Manga license and anime license are completely separate even if the anime is based on said manga which is why we got some recent Viz tiltles like Call of the night and Kubo won’t let me be invisible on Hidive for example. Unless Viz themselves licences the anime the chances of it being a Hulu/Disney exclusive aren’t as high. In all honestly I’m predicting either CR or Hidive to get this (Hidive has been making some big acquisitions lately so I could see them streaming this)

Any time a show is produced under Yuichiro Fukushi's name is pretty much the only time you should ever expect actual high-caliber quality to come out of Madhouse these days. Keichiro Sato worked with Fukushi on ACCA-13, so him being chosen as the director is not that surprising. Same for the Series Composition writer and character designer in this case.
Makes me think there could even be a small chance Nozomu Abe could show up, considering he worked on Takt Op.

Staff is on-point, visuals are on-point, and Atsumi Tanezaki has found a fitting (and successful) typecast. She sounds great as Frieren!

Actually, I don’t think Disney is snatching this one up. Sentai licensed Call of the Night from noitaminA, and Frieren looks like it will be licensed from Toho. Disney+ Japan does host a number of Toho licenses, but Disney has yet to license an anime from them. If anything, it’s either Crunchyroll or Netflix for this one.

Well the problem is this:
Madhouse Studio belongs to NipponTV with currently 85,1% shareholder-rights. And NipponTV has an exklusiv deal with Disney+. Which doesn´t mean, that it will be streaming on Disney+, but there is a chance to do that.
BUT the Anime will be produced by Toho, which haven´t made such a deal with any streaming-provider yet, could be anywhere.

You do realize that Biscuit Hammer and Sorcerer Orphen S3 (both were from NipponTV) was streamed by Crunchyroll, right? The NipponTV - Disney+ deal could just be some titles.

As I said, that there is a chance, that Disney+ will be streaming. BUT we don´t know yet, where in Japan will be broadcasted.

Apothecary and this in the same year! Potentially the same season even. Guess Fall will be busy.

I think we're also getting a new season of To Your Eternity this Autumn, too. So, yeah, it's already shaping up to be a wild season.
