well this more or less explains why she's is considered a fan favorite among the manga community. even more favorited than the other teacher who knows iruma's secret!

YES!!!! I don’t like the ending song either. It’s just horrible to listen to. Not keen on it at all I did like how in the latest episode, Clara remained silent throughout even during the sukima scene lol. |

Rack up another vote against the ED song, at least the latter half of it. The OP isn't quite as catchy as the first one, but then pretty much nothing is.
So for me the big mysteries so far this season are What is Clara hiding? and How is Persun going to pass this? Will anyone even notice if he doesn't take the test at all? He's at least shown up for classes and the gripe session, but never got assigned a tutor. While I'm not big on the beastly slaughter thing, I'm still impressed with the creativity in the beasts. Like the candy-whiskered tiger (whose whiskers they were happily snacking on later) or the lightspeed shroom. |

The ending song weirded me out at first, but it's grown on me by now, although I admit I still really don't get it, maybe I'm just too old and don't understand the ways of the young 'uns. I do wonder if it's been specifically written for the show, the lyrics fit the setting and this particular arc quite conveniently.

A blink-and-you-miss plot point is that there are actually 2 competitions, the Harvest Festival and the Musical Festival so once can still rank up in if they failed the first Festival. |

Well, guess I'm going to be the one with the unpopular opinion here and say that I love the ED song.

New rivals! It'll be interesting to see what they bring to the table.
Look at that post-training glow up! You don't want to mess with the Misfit Class now! Even if they still bicker over who had it worse but come together as a class like they always do. School uniform Ameri! Clara is now a literal gremlin. Ah, some classic Azz content...and proud papa Balam! So Iruma is totally going to nab the Legend Leaf, right? I'm curious how he'll use his two shots. |

Also don't like the ending song, but I haven't liked any of the music for openers or endings for this series, so maybe I'm just not its target audience. I don't find it especially worse than any of the others.
But the series as a whole is one of my favorites, and I'm very looking forward to seeing what Iruma-kun can do with that bow. |

Poor Jazz and Allocer...a night of clubbing, drinks, and strippers, only to get left having to work part time with no pay to pay off your teachers' debt. And he ends up basically mocking you for it the entire time. Like, I assume Furfur sees this as proper training and it did teach them a lot, but he's such a dick about it. I want them to get some payback once this is over.
I feel bad for the rest of the Diabotany Battler who won't get any points because of that guy and Jazz/Allocer when they did so much work. Next week: Group date!? Elizabetta and Clara seducing Lead and Iruma!? |

Anyone know why episode 7 isn't up on Crunchyroll yet? It looks like it aired in Japan. (Or is there something wrong on my end somehow and everyone else can see it?)

AnimeSchedule.net sez it's delayed until next week, but doesn't say why, and with Crunchy's new layout, I can't find any mention of it there either. Someone's already given it a rating, but that happens a lot when episodes don't air when they're supposed to. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What makes you think it aired in Japan? (no snark, honest question) |

I Google translated the official series page and it lists episode 7 under the heading "recently aired" and has episode 8 as the "next episode". (Assuming Google translate isn't screwing things up.) I'm not sure why something could be aired but not streamed though, unless there was an issue with subtitles or something? |

It did air in Japan, I have already watched it. As for official sources, the official Twitter announced the episode's start as it always does, and NHK's official website also lists it among its "past episodes", with the correct date: https://www.nhk.jp/p/iruma3/ts/G97K8RZ34X/list/ |

After digging a bit at series page at Crunchyroll, I found this comment under the series reviews:
"VMDoctor (1 review)19 November 2022 S3 Ep 7 Delay!!! For all who are wondering, NHK announced earlier this morning that Episode 7 will be distributed on streaming platforms after 17:00 on Monday, November 21, due to "various circumstances". The episode aired in Japan as scheduled today." So it looks like we may only have to wait a couple days. (I'm, assuming the 17:00 Monday is Japan time.) |

Thanks! CR used to have a little sidebar on series pages with that sort of info when delays happened, but either they moved it, got rid of it, or I'm just blind.
