But it's too late. The hype and discussions are already gone. Everyone's moved on to new shows. Anyone who wanted to see this anime has already done so. The Netflix model is doing a disservice to many series. I don't want to wait X number of months to watch a show. I want to watch it weekly. And if Netfilx won't provide me with that I don't feel bad about acquiring it from other places. And yes, I do pay for Netflix.

Then Netflix does not care.

But they will, since I'm not going to keep renewing it for much longer, if they keep doing this. They've already lost a lot of subscribers, and they expect to lose 2 million more. Getting someone to subscribe is not hard, getting them to stay is.
I pay for Netflix simply out of convenience. I could easily turn to unlawful means to get what I want. The only think keeping me is the fact that Netflix is easy. But if they keep losing content, creating content I do not like, and holding anime I want to watch in jail, I simply won't have any use for them. It's already on thin ice.

Expect, but not guaranteed.
And they’re still in the billion of dollars, so this may pass.
