I tried it out on Switch via Gamefly a few weeks back and I just couldn't get into it. it's very meandering, the platforming is terrible, the characters are very underwritten (ha ha, the fat kid does nothing but blather on endlessly about food) and yet talk way too much, and it seems to have no idea who the audience for it is because it skews dark at points and is rated T but the way it's written to explain everything and not really talk about death and stuff makes it feel a lot more like a game for little kids. It's just kind of a mess.

I played it and while it wasn't amazing, and was a bit confused, I enjoyed it. The dialogue was great fun (I was laughing out loud fairly regularly) and the plot surprised me at times.
But I'm biased because I bought it for the Take art so I was just happy with that.
