Okay, so what I'm getting is that this'll be an original storyline supervised by the author that takes place a few years later. Wqs hoping it would just be more adaptation, but who the Frick cares, I'm so freaking hyped for this! And I can't wait to see the girls older!

We briefly saw them older when Nadeshiko is imagining how things will be in 10 years (e.g., arriving at a campsite in a rocket powered flying tent).
It would be expected by this time that Rin Shima will have a full license - will she be riding a Yamaha Tri-City or...?
Hoping the the movie does not preclude a regular 3rd season of Yuru CampΔ.

I am still waiting for BD releases of this wonderful series. Hopefully Funimation does it.

Yahallo,
Hope Nadeshiko does not grow up too much - wonder if Sakura will still be driving around keeping her out of trouble?

True, but that was pretty brief, and this is going to be for a whole movie, so I'm still pretty excited by the prospect

This really makes me want to go back to watching movies in the cinema. I can already imagine how beautiful and relaxing this could be. Fingers crossed it'll get licensed for screening in my country.

That's heresy! The JLES is always the much better option.
Can't wait to see this but it probably won't be until late next year or even 2023!

I'm excited to see this movie and curious to see the girls older. The animation was already gorgeous in the show so I can't wait to see it in a big budget film. I'm hoping the time skip means they can still continue the TV show adapting the manga series with a third season. I don't want Laid Back Camp to end.

With a movie budget they can fix the one visual thing I disliked about the two seasons so far - the way the vehicles do not track the ground properly (unless everything is covered in black ice).
Growing up is fine as long as the synergy between Rin and Nadeshiko is kept, where each girls's strengths perfectly compliment the other's weaknesses (Ena was so right in plotting to get them together).
I need a Season 3, since I have watched every episode from the first two seasons of Yuru CampΔ at least 3 times.
