It is very sad that you boycotted this anime. Anime cry

ANN analyzes EX-ARM and no Dragon QUEST. Evil or Very Mad

About the article, great voices in the cast.

It looks like by episode 25 the show will reach the point where the original adaptation ended. I hope it's already budgeted to run for the two full years it would need to cover the entire manga by my calculations.

It wasn't a boycott. Every season ANN hosts a poll for us to decide which shows get weekly reviews, and Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai sadly didn't get enough votes when it premiered last fall.

I demand a recount, some of the votes went missing. Lets storm ANN headquarters.

I feel like many are sleeping on this series, which is sadly understandable. IP and many of the "big ones" still out there.

Looks like its getting close to want I wanted them to cover!

My hopes ffor Akira Ishida to do Killvearn was dashed last announcement, so it is kind of bitter sweet to see he is doing Lahalt. The voice they have for Killvearn is doing a good job though. The general sentiment from Japanese fans seems to be that the old 90s anime voice was more fitting of a "Grim Reaper" while the current voice is more of a jester type, and my position is that the jester type is more fitting.

It is exciting to have characters that have never been voiced before showing up soon.
