I'm looking forward to this, whew...boy, it's going to be one hellava stacked Fall Season with the returns of - DanMachi, Irregular at Magic High School, and Golden Kamuy, on top of IWGP finally being animated. A ton of other series I'll probably watch. Good times ahead!

I don't know about this one. I like the animation style, the settings and the character designs of the two female leads (who look attractive, but not over-the-top sexualized). They have this typical dynamic where one is a level-headed character while the other is a hothead, but it was rather enjoyable.

The story is a bit of a mess though. Really, I had no idea what was going on for half of the movie. New characters keeping being dropped seemingly willy-nilly, and I never got a handle on their motivations.

It has an spoiler[openly lesbian character which of course means that she, in typical anime fashion, is mentally unhinged to a degree. I mean, you can' t have feelings for another woman as a woman without having some loose screws, right?] I really wish anime producers would drop that cliche, but I think that's still far off.

And of course, we also have the stereotypical ineffective male character who somehow still manages to spoiler[ get one of the two female leads to fall for him], despite being annoying as all hell. Well, I guess you need to give the male viewers something, right?

So all in all it's a mixed bag. The idea is not overly original, the execution is decent, and I might even watch a full series of this if they managed to get rid of the wrinkles I just mentioned.
