I can only assume that these images started appearing all of 45 seconds after Sony released the first preview.

I quickly recognize the first design from the artist's YouTube Channel - Merryweather Comics. He even made designs for the other consoles such as Switch, Xbox One and even Stadia if anyone's interested in looking it up.
