Hm. Well, more importantly, I'd like to know who's writing the episodes.

I think it looks pretty good. Not huge fan of CG, but I think it is finally getting to the point that it works for even television anime and not just high budget films.

Looks fine the only issue is how it'll look in motion.

Not a fan of the look at this point, but I’ll wait to see it animated.

Do the Japanese production committees know of how a well animated 2D with nice art can send the popularity of their show to the stratosphere? Just look at Demon Slayer.

Watching the trailer to the new Last of Us game shows what can be done with CGI animation now; but this looks about ten years behind that, and not really much beyond what Oblivion Island achieved, which I felt was definitely hampered by some restricted animation in parts. Hmmm.

Of course they do. It’s just with this incarnation of GITS, they’re just experimenting with CG since the other ones were in 2D. It’s not that they think audiences don’t care about 2D animation anymore.

Looks like original PS1 era CG FMVs to me; the video game vibe is strong.

We'll have to see what it looks like animated, but given what we've seen from the animated trailers they've released before I'm not expecting much.

Yeah, looks like ps2 era in game stuff, even in movement.
I reall, really hope it has a good plot, because that is the only thing saving this.
