Seki was arguably the biggest male seiyu of early 2000s.

As someone with a degree in archaeology and an ancient near east nerd, this is very relevant to my interests

The voice actor commented that while he had played Gilgamesh in games and anime, he wasn't familiar with the character's origin story, so reading it aloud killed two birds with one stone.

He's been playing Gilgamesh since 2006 and he hasn't looking into the origin of his character until now? Though I suppose the life of a seiyuu is a busy one especially if you are one of the most popular.

Still, this is a great idea and now I want Ayako Kawasumi to do an audio-book of Le Morte d'Arthur as well.
