I think Nier Automata is a bit too complicated for an anime adaption.
Jaku Chara Tomozaki-kun however is very likely though

Haha, thinking a Yoko Taro game is just going to get a straight anime adaptation.

Maybe for a full length series. But an OVA/film might work...
Though I say that not because it couldn't work as a series, but because the character designs, particularly with blindfolds, the fact that android models are essentially largely copies of each other, and the rest of the cast are robots, would make for a very odd production that the committees might fear aren't that marketable in the traditional sense.
Personally I'd like a nice slavish CG side-story/film from Square Enix Visual Works.
I thought that Advent Children was very successful, and I feel that even Kingsglaive must've been profitable despite being a tie-in marketing product.
Square should make more of these direct-to-DVD films.

I could get behind a NieR Autamata anime.
Though, I'd like it if they played with the pace of the story a bit. The game hits you in the feels, but is tied together with fetch quests and way points. Not very good for a story adaptation.

Yoko Taro's games are great because, among other reasons, the gameplay ties together so strongly with the story. The final ending to NieR Gestalt is so powerful because you, the player -- not the character -- are asked to make a sacrifice. Automata is similar because the final challenge is nearly impossible for you to beat, and you have to rely on the sacrifices that other players have made. Those are just a couple of examples, but the games' experimentation with genre shifts and different viewpoints are crucial and something that an animated series simply wouldn't be able to do.
Mind you, I'm not saying they won't make a NieR anime, just that if they do, it'll be a lackluster, hollow experience compared to playing the games.

Flower Knight Girl? I've been asking for an anime of that game for over a year, but can a F2P hentai game really get an anime adaptation? It hasn't been done before.

I really hope we get an anime adaptation of Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun (Jibaku Shōnen Hanako-kun). That would be pretty awesome and it might even finally convince Yen Press to do a physical release. Not complaining about the digital editions since it's a not well-known title in this side of the world, but that amazing artwork deserves a high quality print version.

I'm not sure about Nier, but I think that is a pretty decent and realistic list overall, I wouldn't be surprised if at least half of those predictions will come true.
