I suppose that counts as some clarification from Funimation. I did check to see if they still had Myriad Colors Phantom World is still on their site since it was a CR licensed show that Funimation dubbed, and it's still there. I guess that means that the ones that Funimation dubbed itself will stick around.

That's what I was expecting, but Mob Psycho and Bungo Stray Dogs appear to still available on funimation. I'm guessing they haven't gotten around to removing their stuff yet.

The currently updating Crunchyroll blog post states that all of the dubs uploaded so far are leaving Funimation. Either they have a different deadline, or they might be negotiating for the shows they dubbed themselves.

Yeah, I'm still a bit confused. The ReLife OVA is on Crunchyroll's list of dubs coming to their service, but I just watched it on Tuesday via Funimation. The opening credits on those episodes have "Licensed by Crunchyroll" at the bottom of the screen Funimation's service has been updated to include a bunch of subbed versions of old shows, but I didn't check to see if they left from Crunchyroll.

Regarding the Blu-ray, Funimation has it now listed for release on February 5, 2019.

I doubt their arrangement with CR would permit CR to post the dub for the 2nd half prior to that.

As of today, both Twin Stars Exorcists and Myriad Colors are gone from Funimation. It seems that anything licensed by CR before the partnership is leaving, even if Funimation dubbed it. Same for Relife, even though new dub episodes went up a few days ago.

I guess I'll wait for blu-ray then, thankfully certain stores will often ship early so we can expect to get it in January.
