Del Rey's probably licensed it anyway though, or in the process of it.
I heard it's being worked on... Funi's site recently got some whole new registration thing set up, so probably just still getting the bugs worked out or something. |

Not necessarily, if you'd just read the topic at AoD you'll know that Del Rey had a novel of Burst Angel in their catalog; but they took it out.
So that's probably what he means with "went up in error". The license didn't go through. |

That would be kind if weird if Del Rey got Bakuretsu Tenshi considering that is published by Dengeki Comics in Japan.
