This show may end up being controversial around these parts, but I don’t care. It sounds funny, it has my interest, and I will be checking it out in Summer. That’s it. I do wonder who the staff will be for this though.

I wonder if the focus will be more on "haha boys dressed like girls" or on them reacting (or trying desperately not to) like thugs to the crap idols put up with. Hope it's the latter - but won't hold my breath.

I think they were forced to have plastic surgery/sex change so they're not just crossdressers. (can't recall exactly) |

Better question: With the popularity of traps and of idols, why CAN'T we have an anime where the Backstreet Boys were genderswapped during a concert in Japan and are now teen girls who have to save their school?! |

They were also brainwashed to act like idols so it's more about them struggling to maintain their yakuza mentality in spite of their appearance and the behavior caused by the brainwashing. Tbh I'm more interested in how they're going to handle all the scenes where they chug liquor and smoke (while looking like high school girls). |
