I've always wondered how these pop-up cafes work (be it maid cafe, cat cafe, etc.) Like, do they rent a space for a short while? Bring the food in from elsewhere? Like, I'd love to do stuff like that but I've never experienced any sort of pop-up cafe so I have no idea how they work.
