Great news! I'm very excited for Part 5 in April! I've yet to check out Part 4, but what little we've heard on Part V is shaping up to be excellent Smile (Part 4 sounds as if it has an overarching plot compared to 1-3 which felt like random shenanigans of the day. I wonder if 5 will be a similar format to 4?)

Somehow I missed hearing about a fifth Lupin series!
Sawashiro is really talented; a standout in her generation of seiyuu.

Looks like they're really trying to recapture the Part 2/red jacket vibe, down to a Fujiko-centric ending theme. And I'm not complaining! Very Happy Hope the song will be good.

Fujiko centric ending themes actually started in Part 1.

Hadn't gotten around to watching Part 1 yet so I didn't know that. I wonder why they like to center the endings around her? Not that I'm complaining.

So Fujiko replaced the real singer?

Sounds about right.

Fanservice likely though for what it's worth part 3 weirdly broke that trend with it's one ending by not having her or anyone in it.

Hopefully if/when this gets licensed for US by Discotek, they'll be able to use the actual soundtrack for BOTH the Japanese and English versions, unlike Part IV.

I thought the Part 2 endings were fairly tasteful at least. And if it didn't have anyone in it, what did it have? Anime hyper

You're better off watching it rather than listen to my explanation

Please god, let this be the case. What happened with part 4 was a total travesty.

Also I'm totally down with an Ohno composed Sawashiro ending theme. Really looking forward to the new rendition of the classic theme as well.
