Nice to see Darling do well. I was wondering why they didn't do these last season and Miles said it was because it was just one big map of Black Clover.

I fail to see what asking about which is the best anime of the season has to do with this popularity map, but I will budge. After the Rain is the best anime of this season so far. And as far as the actual map, I am glad that so many U.S. fans are watching Darling in the Franxx.

A Place Further Than The Universe is the only one I'm still watching, and it's not even on the list. Par for the course, really. At least some Europeans liked it?
Also, apparently they should rename that last show to "Kentucky Loves Ramen Noodles." Last edited by kotomikun on Sat Feb 10, 2018 4:02 pm; edited 1 time in total |

You know, Crunchyroll in the source article never once claimed that Frankxx was the most popular series, and being the at the top of the chart in more states than other entries does not mean that it is the most popular series. That isn't how statistics work. I mean, elections should've taught you that much, even if there is that little wrinkle where statistics don't work anything like how human beings in general normally think they should. If anything, considering it won all of the top 3 most populous states (which, by the way, contain 26.38% of the total population of the US by themselves*) single-handed, it is highly likely that Overlord II is actually the most popular series overall. * Source: US States - Ranked by Population 2018 |

There is also one for Europe, Citrus is taking the top spot there, and one for Germany.
And if you always wanted to know the Vatican prefers Yuru Camp |

It's actually Mississippi, but still the idea that Citrus is most popular in a few Southern states (plus Vermont) is amusing. |

That was my point. I figured a show about incestuous teenage lesbians would be popular with the Roy Moore crowd. Then again, maybe PTE is helping kids cope with it. |

While I hoped to have seen A Place Further Than The Universe at least somewhere on this map, I’m still glad to see Overlord II being popular.
