It ends at chapter 28 I believe.

With a potential Season 2, there's only room for like 6 episodes. So we might just get OVAs for the remaining chapters.

Well......Going to have to go over to MAL and eat some crow.

42 chapters just seems such an odd number to end on.

Girls Last Tour is a very special series. I haven't read the manga but I might although I loved the way the TV version ended actually.

The adaption covered the first 28 chapters, plus chapter 35 and two side stories. This leaves thirteen chapters, two published side stories an any unreleased side stories.

So perhaps a two-part OVA.

42...hmm it is the answer to life (chapter 42 looks to be the last)

What are the chances that the last 14 chapters will be covered via movie? I'd like to see that TBH.

A movie or 2 to 6 part OVA series. Either one is fine I just want to see the rest animated, it deserves it since it's so short.

Given how much we learn in the anime's final episode, I'd be surprised if there is much else for the story to cover. We'd either learn more about the world's precise fate, which is arguably not the point of the story, or we'd see more episodic outings, which would be a bit of a climbdown.

So how many volumes does GLT have now? I just bought the first two and plan on buying the third and the rest when they come out. I'm so happy I got into this series! I love it! Very Happy
