Indeed, it would have been quite out of character to turn down the opportunity to obtain a frog statuette. I am sure this particular ecstasy was mutual.

Given their location, it doesn't hurt that making the sticks look appealing helps them too; since working for PA basically means having to live & work at their studio, hours from anywhere, with little to fall back on if the job doesn't work out.

I was about to say... Knowing Kim's blogging and Twitter handle, the frog is a natural match. (For those who don't know, his handle is Frog-kun.)

I'm not surprised to find out that P.A. Works is in a rural area. Sakura Quest's portrayal of life in a small town, the effects people flocking to the cities, and how hard it is to convince outsiders to stay was incredibly realistic. I think it's pretty cool that they are making those efforts in real life.

They really are one of the best animation studio out there. Sure, the quality of their works may varied but nothing's perfect. Nonetheless, I hope they kept getting good names for themselves, increasingly successful reputation amongst the fandom, and great sells for their shows. Though sadly, Sakura Quest scored only 1000 units per sales for each blu ray volumes so far. Its better than nothing anyway (plus, the western fandom doesn't gave it much credit either). It is one of the few shows from last season that managed to make me cried by the end (I was also sad that the show is over) and for that, I'd put it up there amongst one of the best shows I had ever seen.

It's lovely to see how the "Progressive" in "P.A." means actual legitimate progress than degenerate distractions and ills toward a functioning society, as apparent in the developed world at home and over in Japan.
Izumo-taisha is a fantastic place to visit, as home to the legitimately oldest shrines in Japan

Another really interesting background article on a well-known anime studio. Keep 'em coming, ANN! This piece was incredibly informative. I already respected P.A. Works before, but now it's at new levels.

My respect for PA Works has grown exponentially over the last couple of years. Using economic success to better society and to build communities is one of those things that always hits me emotionally. It's one of my favorite things in the world, to be honest. I wish them so much success in the future. I wish Sakura Quest was a bigger hit, but it did alright. And I loved it, personally.
Also, sasuga Frog-kun. lol

Since "Sakura Quest" does get mentioned in this article, this post seems appropriate: for fans of the "Sakura Quest" English dub, the final "Sakura Quest Fest" epi. is this Saturday from 12-2PM CST, per Caitlin's 10/25/2017@2:55PM tweet (@caitlinsvoice). the final SQF will have over 20 guests.
When the dub was being aired, dub director Caitlin Glass would often do a Wed. morning Q&A Periscope live stream Q&A called Sakura Quest Fest. Each episode featured an Eng. dub voice actor/actress for a character introduced in that week's episode.
I have made my adoration for the dub known as I have tweeted to Caitlin, Leah, Alexis, Brina, and Elizabeth on how well they did. The fact that Tia's 9/4/17 tweet "Taking the rest of the year off of Twitter, my lovelies. Don't burn down the place, eh?" doesn't help. I should have told her I enjoyed her role of Shiori earlier.
