"Viz Meida"

You'd better fix that.

So does this mean Viz has licensed A Silent Voice?

I hope "Viz Meida" (Laughing) eventually licenses "A Silent Voice." It's cool that they're screening it at Europe and such but nothing is more reassuring than Viz announcing they've acquired the rights to the movie.

If Viz picked it up, it'll likely be dubbed by Bang Zoom, which I think is better than Funimation. Like literally every Funimation movie will have Clinkenbeard or Eric Vale.

I really hope this means Viz in North America has A Silent Voice. Not only do I just want somebody to have it, this would also mean a reasonably-priced home video release.

If Viz has it, it'd probably be dubbed via Studiopolis rather than Bang Zoom, as they do Viz dubs. Bang Zoom usually does AoA stuff. They draw from the same talent pool though.

Tbh at this point, I don't care who licenses it, just that it gets licensed so I can watch it in NA. Though I don't think Sentai does sub theatrical releases so maybe not them.

But there is still no US license, right? I really would like to be able to buy this at a reasonable price with an official US release.

I assumed they might use Bang Zoom since they've been using em lately with Hunter x Hunter and JoJo.
