What?! CR picked up a series from this season? What kind of sorcery is this?

Soon, anime titles will be ten line paragraphs, with quotes and parenthetical asides.

I thought this had already been announced a week or two ago. Oh well regardless Funimation needs to get their act together and announce the spring dub lineup with this being one of the simuldubs

Amen. We are almost two weeks into the Spring season, and Funi still hasn't divulged their official line-up. Amazon must have really affected their plans this season because it seems like something is going on that is causing them to delay their reveals.

With this now picked up the only series that I plan on watching that has yet to be announced is Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai. That being said this series sounded promising so glad to see it get picked up.

Not surprising since it was announced a week ago or so that it would be on VRV, but still good to see the stream time. After the PV I've been anticipating this one (I saw the PV nine times). Hopefully it will be one that LN haters can't dismiss, at least not without missing out.

Do you guys mean Funi should release their broadcast dub schedule?

I thought the headline was for multiple shows until I read the article. It feels more and more like a competition to see who can come up with the most ridiculous title for their LN.

I am kind of surprised that they haven't announced anything outside of MHA and AoT, which were both givens. Last season seemed to emphasize dubbing even quicker than before, though maybe they decided that was too fast to be sustainable? Or maybe Amazon's big push made them decide to hold off a bit until it was clearer what CR/Funi would actually be able to license?

most of winters simuldubs still have an ep or two to go, so regardless of when spring's are announced, they wouldn't start for another week or two

Let us not forget that the practice of producing works under preposterously lengthy titles is nothing new. Indeed, one of the most popular cookbooks of the eighteenth century went by the full name of "The compleat housewife, or, Accomplished gentlewoman's companion: being a collection of upwards of seven hundred of the most approved receipts in cookery, pastry, confectionery, potting, collaring, preserving, pickles, cakes, custards, creams, preserves, conserves, syrups, jellies, made wines, cordials, distilling, brewing: with copper plates, curiously engraven, for the regular disposition or placing of the various dishes and courses: and also, bills of fare for every month in the year: to which is added, a collection of three hundred receipts of medicines, consisting of drinks, syrups, salves, ointments, &c. which, after many years of experience, have been proved to be innocent in their application, and most salutary in their use: with directions for marketing."

Light novels have a while to go before they can compare, I imagine.

While I am enjoying VRV better than the Funimation.com player, I do like the Funi site better because they actually have a "Search" button.
