Well, it's finally happening, Nintendo putting Mario on mobile. This was their long term goal anyway, to release games for smartphones as they had stated previously.

Well, then you got Sonic Runners, which did manage to differentiate itself quite well. The Mach Speed segments in Sonic 2006, the entirety of Sonic and the Secret Rings and Sonic and the Black Knight, and the Quick Step segments in Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Colors, and Sonic Generations were already similar to Temple Run before Temple Run got popular though. |
