I'll need to hear more of him to get a better idea for the delivery. But I know for a fact his grunts are perfect, they fit his gorilla-like appearance to a T. Can't wait to hear the rest

Andrew Lowe sort of fits Takeo, but his super deep voice continues to bother my ears. For those buying this anime for the dub, I hope Sentai takes this dub seriously. I absolutely loved the dub for Parasyte, but Sentai is still not consistent enough when it comes to producing strong English dubs.

Well... we know what he sounds like taking a dump.

I already had it preordered; I already had it preordered since it was the best shoujo romance of the past decade. I don't see the need to go for the "long haul" ad blitz for a release set for... Oct? But it's only July!

Andrew Love makes a fantastic Takeo! Them grunts man. Them grunts. I can't wait to find out the rest of the dub cast. Really looking forward to rewatching this dubbed- it's absolutely one of the sweetest shoujo series in recent years.

I loved the anime and the Live Action adaptation. But I think Andrew Love makes Takeo sound too adult, then just an built teenager.

His voice just sounds like an on-going funny voice. It`s not natural like the Japanese voice actor.

He is a good voice actor, just not fit for the role.

Have ya heard the natural voice of Takuya Eguchi? IIRC that's not his natural voice neither.

If you've ever watched the dubbed version of Clannad, Andrew Love's take on Akio Furukawa - while there admittedly for many comic relief moments - had great range for the more serious moments. Probably the best along with the mains in that dub cast.

Glad Sentai is constantly doing these type of cast reveals with the actual actor. Sounds pretty good!

Thats actually my most acquainted and loved role by him and the first thing I thought of when watching this reveal, loved his Akio Furukawa.
