I swear these titles are just sinking us in every time. Every time I see NEW and BLEACH together I have a small heartache of hope only to be let down again and again Crying or Very sad

I mean at the very least it shows that the "Bleach is not popular anymore" comment is over exaggerated and that there's still interests, sure it doesn't necessarily mean the anime will return but if there's still interests then it's possible Bleach could pull an Inuyasha some day

You know why people want the anime to return? Let's forget bleach fans who really just love the characters and the setting and everything bleach related. What about all the people who were anime only watchers?
There are primarily two reasons: Despite the fact that the anime has changed many dialogues from the Manga for the worse and censored many violent scenes, it was a stand out adaptation. The animation was insanely fluid, much above the level of your usual long running cash grab anime. The voices were well Chosen. Even the fillers of bleach were sometimes more entertaining than other series main stories at the time.
The second reason is the action. Bleach primarily draws in people who love to get lots of badass looking stuff and Uber cool characters thrown into their faces. That was bleachs biggest strength. Ichigos hollow powers alone are one of the most memorable anime power ups in history.

The criticism bleach is mainly getting, can be mostly applied to any other Shonen series these days. Bleach is a flawed gem but it's not as flawed as the Internet cult loves to make it seem like. The main reason bleach is standing out as an object of easy hate is because it has always been the weakest of the big 3. Despite being an insanely huge franchise it was no one piece and no Naruto in terms of sales . Now you can't name a reason for that that isn't made up. Bleach just never hit an audience as easily as one piece. Maybe it's because bleach is more dark ad has the words death and reaper thrown at the audience while one piece has always had the positive funny vibe while still being serious at core.
Then the reason people get more easily tired of the series is because tite Kubos pace is much slower than other Mangaka, caused by bigger panels and more panels spent on details in movement than for example one piece. The pace suffers if you read it weekly instead if tankobon volumes, causing many impatient People to remember it as the series where not much ever happens.
I believe that Kubos style makes it so much easier and nicer to read in the final volume than again imo one piece with its small panels.

And this is my personal opinion, shared by millions bleach fans world wide. Bleach is one of the few big Shonen series that has deserved a continuation. With all the efforts of Kubo, filling in missing storylines and development for Characters, expanding the already established worlds logics into more complexity, and hopefully soon wrapping everything that happened nicely up in an epic end.

Bleach fans are ready to help get this franchise resurrected. Shueisha just needs to do the first step and announce bigger projects.
