This review pretty much sums up my exact feelings on this series. It could be so, so much better than it is. Mafuyu is a great character, but Takaomi is just a bit creepy and I think it jumps away from comedy too much, and tries to put too much emphasis on serious backstory.

Same here, mate.

I really liked the setup and the characters seemed likable and fun, but after this long it feels like nothing's changed at all.
