hi anime fans, im narukage(naruto+kage(highestlevel of ninja)=narukage), and i just joined this forum. in my last forum (www.anime-forums.com) i was aloud to distribute fansubs and info, am i aloud to do that here?
im new so help me out if i am breaking any of "teh rules".
p.s how do i put an avatar?

well... welcome. You're not allowed to post fansub links or really even discuss anything about fan subbing groups. So if you want to discuss fans subs and stuff respond to the post and i'll pm you a really good forum for fan sub discussion.

first The avatar image file size must be less than 6 KB. 2th it must be 60x60..................... some thing. ps. well, woo op do, wanna cookie ( its a joke and i am not saying do you want a sticker )
