Here's the scan of the ad in this month's Shonen Jump.

July 22 & 24: San Diego, CA (More than likely at Comic-Con)
July 31: Baltimore, MD
August 7: Minneapolis, MN
August 13: San Francisco, CA
August 14: Los Angeles, CA
August 21: Atlanta, GA
August 28: Philadelphia, PA
September 4: New York, NY
September 11: Toronto, Canada
September 18: Dallas, TX

Directly below these dates, it says "For details on screening times and locations, visit www.viz.com," but I don't see anything at their website about it.

That's because Viz sucks at updating.

September 11th... Toronto... oh, God! Does this mean they're going to screen it at the Toronto International Film Festival? But it's just a franchise movie about a bunch of characters wandering from village to village collecting shards and other MacGuffins... well, I don't know if that is indeed what the movie will be like, but, as far as Rumiko Takahashi-based anime-series-based feature films go, I somehow doubt that it will be the new Urusei Yatsura: Beautiful Dreamer.

I get amused at the thought that, if they are showing it at TIFF, Roger Ebert may have to endure it.
