I know Pioneer/Geneon had a weird catalogue numbering system for the Sailor Moon S DVDs which I think corresponded to the Japanese Laserdisc volume numbers, but the American release is only 6 disks (not counting the Sailor Moon S movie), NOT 13 disks.
