Do they really have to spread it that far out? And what's with young girls who watch Higurashi and killing their fathers with sharp objects?

yes! a fumoffu type higurashi then more twisted paranoia with gruesome murders. I actually really like the slice of life comedy in this series. now I really want funi to bring the rest of the series over here.

Hmm, I just I was expecting more out of the series now that I'm heavily involved and seen the two previous seasons and read part of the manga.
I like the light-hearted scenes in Higurashi - don't get me wrong -, but all that murder and intense story-telling had me going! I even had to take notes; I was so swept into the drama. xD WANT MORE!! Also to add - very happy Funimation picked up Geneon's titles. Making a good thing out of a bad thing. (: Nice to see that the titles aren't just going to rot away. |

Very excited to see Saikoroshi-hen animated, twas a very good story. Just sucks to have to wait it out that long.
And yes, though unrelated, I'd love to see Kai get a domestic release here as well. Not holding my breath right now though. |

So, we will have:
Saikororshi-hen, the "Dice Killing Chapter". Hirukowashi-hen, the "Daybreak Chapter". And this new chapter, Hajisarashi-hen. I wonder what this one will be about? |

I'm really glad with these news, but I hope saikoroshi hen doesn't spoil the almost good end that KAI had...(I dunno nothing about the story in saikoroshi). Anyway, now I'm waiting for the first character designs of umineko...
