I didn't know that Zatch Bell was even still going on, I thought it ended a while ago. Could anyone tell me if this was the last volume or if it's still serializing.

Which is basically shoujo for adults. :p At least I think it is. The two are so similar. Both are aimed at females.

Yes Josei is the older version of Shoujo like Seinen is the older version os shonen. You can probably find the rough age guidelines in the lexicon here.

The Manga finished in Japan in December and if I'm correct all the volumes up to 33 have been released but I might be wrong.
