Hahahaha why on earth would a 9 year old girl care about stopping, or even know about, bank transfer scams? I feel like these posters wont stop this crime at all. But I guess if anything to prevent remittance fraud, it would most likely be moe.

Without context, I might've thought that I was looking at the cover for a new license from Kitty Media.

And here I thought it was a poster warning oji-sans to stop picking up underaged mistresses.

I can't image a 9 year old would know (or better yet, care) about bank transfer scams. But then again, I guess the men need money to pay for lovin'.

I only saw the poster of two men leering over a little girl and thought it was a warning for another crime...

Those are not two men, but an elderly man and woman. And, the little girl is telling them "Don't trust that phone call!".

Are you sure? Both seem to be sporting side burns cut close to the cheek. Not something a woman could normally have. Wink

The prefectural police said 「孫が祖父母に被害防止を訴えかけている場面を想定した。」 Roughly translated: "We imagined a scene of a grandchild warning her grandfather and grandmother."

Funny if you don't read the article because it totally looks like a paedophile warning.
