If you can release this, you can release VC3. Be it UMD or download only.

They're only talking about releasing it in Japan, not anywhere else. It has nothing to do with localization, or the likelihood of Valkyria Chronicles 3 being brought over.

Assuming Tony Taka's in charge of the art, can I just write Kotobukiya a check for a one-time, gimme-one-of-everything season pass for the inevitable torrent of related figures?
