When the entire manga is not animated...

I was wondering if the vols. of their respective manga that certain anime cover can be listed in the encyclopedia somewhere. It wouldn't matter much for those anime that cover their entire manga but for shows like Flame of Recca and Berserk it would be good to list which parts of the manga are covered in the anime.

Well, a problem with this could be when an anime and manga cover the same story arc, but there are drastic changes between their approaches (Rurouni Kenshin's Raijuuta Arc and pretty much all of Evangelion, for example).
