Rion's shota-con (the male equivalent of lolicon) behavior may have been intended as a joke but comes off a bit on the creepy side, though not as much so as it probably should; reverse the genders and this title would be lambasted to no end for such an obsession by its main character.

To be fair, her fixation is portrayed as abnormal (by her female friends). Her reason for having a shouta complex, though extreme (& probably a bit thin) at least makes sense (when she was young she sneaked into Daddy's study & saw a porn film where the guys tuned into devils & proceeded to...) creating her theory that only little boys are safe (Aren't most teen boys horny devils? That does mean only little boys would be safe, though it's an extreme phobia which, should it exist in the real world would probably involve lots of psychological treatment & probably Child Protective Services)

I actually preferred the yaoi 2nd story. (Kid's Angel/Devil conscience keep one another busy while the teen's at school.) That one was very funny sor being so short.

Although I don't disagree with you, the logic justifying her weird quirks doesn't excuse the double-standard here, either. Again, reverse the genders, applying the same logic, and you have the makings of a pedophile.

I'm probably making this sound like it bothered me more than it did, and the series can certainly be a fun read as long as you ignore that aspect.
