So Loli Basketball debuts at the top of the list. Why am I not surprised? -_-'

With the amount of success that AnoHana has (and maybe No. 6 as well?) It looks like the noitaminA block is far from dead like some were predicting a few months ago.

This probably goes without saying, but this marks R-15, Blood-C, Twin Angel, ItsuTen, Dantalian no Shoka, and Heaven's Memo Pad as not profitable in terms of video sales (whether or not they increased popularity of their original source material and merchandise sales could still make the series worth it to the creators).

In that list the only one that's surprising (in terms of what I thought would sell before Summer season actually started) is Blood-C. But that was just wretched, so it makes sense that it couldn't even capture the fanbase that the Blood franchise already had waiting for it.

It didn't have a lot of competition this week. The first volumes of the big summer one-cour shows--Uta Prince and YuruYuri--came out last week. Ro-Kyu-Bu! is just the most popular of the leftovers.

I'm happy to see Ro-Kyu-Bu! selling decently though. I ordered the BDs this week myself. Hopefully we'll see a second season.
