The boxset for season 1 of Kyo Kara Maou comes out October 9th and is available for preorder. It made it just before Geneon's "stop printing" Deadline of November:
Animenation Preorder Amazon Preorder with a $35 discount Amazon still lists the final DVD of season 2 scheduled for release as January 15, 2008, and you can still preorder it. I would recommend sending Geneon letters asking them if indeed releases scheduled that far off will still be available. Geneon has only said they will stop distributing, but hinted at a desire to work on their present portfolio. This may or may not include finishing titles they are required to via license. |
