Sounds like some headhunting has been going on. Or perhaps after being with an agency for so long, they thought a change was needed individually.

I wonder what happened. I hope this new studio is successful; I haven't heard Ai Orikasa in a while and she's my favorite voice actress (since the first anime I watched in Japanese was Tenchi Muyo! and Ryoko was my favorite character in the series).
