Im known to be a mega fan of anime(otaku)among friends and family, but dont seem to know more about any other anime then what I've already watched. I need a guide(s) to any new release title(s) as I'm not up to date e.g . When distributed, what's hot and what's not, reviews ect...
Where in Melbourne can I find an English Anime magazine(s) that aren't in Japanese writting(symbols), I dont mind reading some Japanese mags but the time taken to understand each characters takes ages to translate into English.. A list of different magazine would help aswell!! Someone Direct Me!! ![]() |

Check out this thread for what Australian anime mags are out there.
NB: AnimeMavericks is actually called Animavericks. As for where you can get them in Melbourne, I'm not entirely sure with all of them so you would be best doing a search. The bigger ones you could probably get from some anime/hobby shops. The smaller ones, most likely over the Internet or at cons. I know the person who runs Oztaku, and Animavericks, are both based in Melbourne too so you are in luck there. |
