I'm not sure where the right place to ask is, I'm sorry.

My friend recently left for Japan where she'll be staying for a semester. I really want to ask for a necklace, but I haven't decided yet on what I want to. This time around I want the pendant to be an emblem from an anime, like the state alchemist symbol from Full Metal Alchemist or the tattoo in Ciel's eye in Kuroshitsuji.

Do you guys know of any other symbols? I'd also like to know what the symbol stands for in the anime. Every anime is bound to have a logo of some sort, but I am looking for a symbol that's more of a central theme as well, or at least a representation of a theme in the anime. Thanks a lot! (And if I do happen to be in the wrong place, apologies.)

I've seen necklaces with the core drill from Gurren Lagann on them. There are also Code Geass stuff I've seen.

The gold and silver rams of the royal family from Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro are pretty cool, but that movie is pretty old so it'd be hard to find merch of that. The rose symbol, especially the signet ring of the rose from Revolutionary Girl Utena is pretty cool. Those who possess a signet ring with the seal of the rose are duelers for the Rose Bride, and whoever wins the Rose Bride may have their dreams come true. The theme of roses shows up through the entire series, and in part (the way I interpret it) represents the theme of transformation, especially when they show the roses growing and blooming in the elevator that leads to the dueling arena.

On the theme of transformation, one of the main reoccurring symbols of xxxHolic is that of the butterfly. The Black Butterfly is Yoko's (the time witch) personal seal, and she often wears kimonos with butterflies. The butterfly is also the symbol revealed to represent Watanuki's (witch's servant) future, hinting that there will be a great transformation to come in his life.
