A few weeks ago, one of our servers, Skuld, died. Since then the site has been running on only 2 servers, 1 web server (Urd) and one database server (Bel). Because of this, the site has been a little un-reliable these past few weeks, as Urd wasn't able to always handle the entire web serving load.

We've now added a new web server, Peorth, to the family to help Urd out. So the site should run optimally again.

We're also trying to get Skuld back online, and we're currently doing a limited load test to see if we've found the problem.

So, if you would be so inclined, we would be much obliged if a few (a few hundred rather) of you would visit Skuld at skuld.animenewsnetwork.com and spend some time with her instead of the other webservers.
