Indeed, I was hoping Kobato would have a dub but now that won't ever happen...

A few shows we already knew about, a few complete sets with nothing new & a show that had it's previous set released 2 years ago and is still easy to find. Disappointing!

It is still only Part 2, they were never going to start using a dub in the middle of a series. They redid Tears to Tiara with a dub when it was rereleased as a complete collection. There is nothing stopping them doing the same for Kobato's complete collection except for pessimism. Wink

Since there is something official it does mean companies are trying to bring over anime. Besides the US anime industry has always been a mix of subbed and dubbed released.
