This is really unfortunate!!! I'm sorry for Pokemon Company, and Viz Media along with the other companies (Square Enix, Udon Entertainment, Bandai Namco) that are listed on there.

I was glad to read this news when I first read about it elsewhere because I'm betting that a lot of small US comics publishers didn't even know about the 45-day clawback clause to US bankruptcy law and this may allow some of them to reclaim their most recent stock shipped to Diamond.
