Riku and Ligton are the same person, but with a different name. The twitter page on Riku is Ligton's twitter page.

False, she's been credited under the Ligton name on the Kororon music video she directed for Eve, and on illustrations she's done professionally. There's no reason to believe she won't also be credited under that name on a TV or film project in the future, even if Riku is her predominant credit. Ligton is also the name she is most known by in the English-speaking sphere. Please merge.

Those don't have ANN page. This isn't a problem currently. There are some major mistakes in the database like this animenewsnetwork.com/bbs/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=5441274 that needs to be fixed first. It doesn't matter at the end there is no Encyclopedia Editor checks here anyway.
