Overall I'd say this looks solid. While it doesn't fully capture the original style from the manga, it does look decent to the point where it could actually be enjoyable. I was expecting much worse considering this is ENGI we're talking about. Also, I was already expecting this, but Natsumi Haruse as Ironi works extremely well.
Gonna be interesting to see how future PVs will look and what they show, from a quick glance it seems like this PV pretty much only adapts from the first two chapters, though admittedly they are about 70 pages each, so they do cover quite a lot.

At least they are animating the performances, Welcome to the Ballroom this one is not! 
But the integration with the CG backgrounds leave a lot to be desire, ufotable this one is not!

Looks way better than I thought it would. Hopefully this quality is maintained throughout the anime.

That's the problem. This deserved so so much better than that. Compare it to the Witch Hat Atelier trailer. By comparison this just feels like it's being done simply to push out an anime as passionlessly as possible. It's the same issue and feeling with Tensei Slime(also a Kodansha property).
