Rock Lock's entire storyline is the Shie Hassaikai arc is that he just became a dad and doesn't want to see kids brought into the line of fire. Aizawa is Eri's guardian after she's taken in by the school. Vigilantes' Knuckleduster is only doing the vigilante work so that he can find and save his estranged daughter. Captain Celebrity was an utter wreck of a human being who resolved to put his life together when he found out his wife was pregnant, because he wanted to be someone their child could be proud of. There are other prominent dads, they just chose the third worst option in the series, with the two others being Kotaro (to Tenko Shimura) and All For One (to Tomura Shigaraki) |
