I wonder what's in store next for Aka since his other manga is also about to wrap up.

I would take this titled the 'Final Arc' meaning we're only a few chapters away with a grain of salt, knowing how many final arcs can take months or even years to finish, so I find it unlikely it's going to end this year.

I hope Aka can properly deliver on the final arc for this series.

Of all the titles I am currently following, this is the one that I probably most want to see have a definitive ending. Even if it takes a year or more to complete, I'm glad to hear it will happen.

From what I know about the latest developments in the manga it makes sense to start wrapping it up. As an an anime only watcher I want a full adaptation that is not longer than 70 episodes.

Anime-only guy here.

I'm curious , what is the estimate for a full adaptation looking like?

4 seasons?

If the upcoming arc is as long as the last two big arcs, when 5 seasons, probably. They can cram everything in 4, though with some cuts.

After the presumable end of anime S2 they will have two big arcs left (each around a season long) and a couple of small ones in-between.
