Considering Amazon Prime licensed a lot of Kamen Riders, I wonder why can't they pull W or at least the one from Takeru Satoh I want to watch.

I think they're in a tug o war with shout factory especially with the recently announced april release of kamen rider geats

Nah, Toei's just giving away a Kamen Rider to everyone and their mothers. See also Toku HD with Agito & Faiz, Discotek with Black & Black RX and Media Blasters with the standalone movies (Shin Prologue, ZO, J, The First (again) & The Next).
Should be noted with Fuuto PI that Funiroll got that from ADK since they're listed on the site's publishers list instead of Toei Company.

huh didn't know that, I'm just happy I'm able to get physical copies of the series I enjoyed
